Every student is assigned a college counselor 和 will receive programming that is age 和 grade specific. Formalized programming begins in the student’s freshman year 和 increases in frequency 和 offerings by senior year. 测试日的程序
- All exams will take place between May 6th 和 May 17th unless communicated otherwise due to conflict.
-
考试前20分钟到达. Timed portion of the exams will begin promptly at 8:20 a.m. 12:20分.m. Note that once the exams begin 和 doors close, students will not be admitted into the testing room 和 unable to take the exam that day.
- When a student is scheduled to take an exam, the individual is exempt from classes both before 和 after the exam.
- Students should report to the hallway outside of the James "Mace" Thompson '59 Athletic Center to check in for their exam. They will be assigned a room 和 seat number upon check in. Students with CollegeBoard approved testing accommodations will be sent to a separate space to meet their accommodation requirements.
- All students are expected to bring a #2 pencil, pen (for any exam with a free response/essay sections), Chromebook(如适用), 和 批准的计算器 如果适用的话.
- Students have access to help resources on the AP classroom account through CollegeBoard to best 准备 for testing.
- The dress code for exams is casual/dress down.

- Sauter Dining Hall will operate on a normal schedule. Students may bring snacks for testing breaks.

- 如果学生正在上AP课程, they are required to take the AP exam as outlined in the 学习计划. Makeup Exams are only offered in the event of a documented illness 和/or family emergency. If a student is sick the day of the exam, parents are required to complete 学生缺席表. A fee for late testing may be applied in certain circumstances.

If a student at any point prior to an AP exam experiences a temporary injury that may impact their ability to read, 写, 或类型, they should contact their guidance counselor immediately as temporary accommodations for testing must be submitted 和 approved by the CollegeBoard in order to administer the exam appropriately. 可能需要医生的书面文件.
